VILLA VESELKA - DUBROVNIK AREA

Located in Zaton, a small, picturesque village close to Dubrovnik, Villa Veselka is a lovely beachfront villa with a swimming pool and access to the sea. An excellent choice for a relaxing holiday, the villa is 2 m from the sea and a short walking distance from the nearest café and restaurant. Dubrovnik, one of the most visited destinations known as the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic,’ is just 9 km away.

Villa Veselka (630 sqm) develops over three floors connected by a lift/elevator.

On the ground floor, you will find an elegant, open plan living room with sliding doors onto the terrace. The living room has a sitting area (with sofas, armchair and satellite TV), a dining table and a well-equipped modern kitchen area. On this level, there is also one double bedroom (with king size bed, satellite TV and walk-in closet) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower), and a sauna room (reached from stairs by the pool).

On the first floor, you will find you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds), one double bedroom (with double bed) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds). Each room has an ensuite bathroom (with shower), satellite TV, and an exit to the private terrace with breath-taking sea views.

The main entrance to the villa is on the second floor, where you will find a lift/elevator that connects you to the rest of the villa and the parking area.

Outside, you will find an infinity pool (28 sqm) with sun loungers and a living area with comfortable seating. Below is a covered summer kitchen with dining table and chairs and private access to the sea, just a few steps from the villa. You can swim in the sea but there is no beach (only rocks).
