The cosy apartment in the popular holiday destination Duće is located just about 50 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. Here, guests enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort and proximity to the beach. The fine, gently sloping sandy beach directly in front of the house is ideal for families with children, but couples and friends also appreciate the quiet location and clear sea. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the charming old town of Omiš with its historical flair and diverse leisure activities.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern house with a total of eight residential units and offers space for up to five people on 43 m². It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a pull-out sofa and an additional sleeping chair. From the living and kitchen area, access leads to the covered balcony with seating, where you can comfortably have breakfast or let the evening fade away.
