Villa Draga is located on the most beautiful sandy beach Duće, offering modern and spacious, fully air-conditioned accommodation for 9 people, 4 bedrooms and a playroom, and a private pool just a step from the sandy beach.

OUTDOOR offers: Private, heated 8m x 4m pool with an attached whirlpool featuring hydromassage and a sitting bench for 4 adults. Both with synchronized water temperature for ultimate relaxation and an infinity edge. A sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, outdoor and covered dining area with barbecue.

GROUND FLOOR offers a spacious living and dining area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, A/C, and an exit to the pool area.
Bedroom No1 with 2 single beds, A/C. A family bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The lower ground floor offers a playroom with a TV, a sofa, and a Play Station 4.

Everything about this place is top notch…beautiful, clean house, pool, near-by restaurants and grocery store. The owner is very easy to work with and a good communicator. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing luxurious villa

We had a great week in this amazing house that has everything you need. The location is great for families since the house is litterarely located right on the cutest beach with trees and a few beach bars/restaurants. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Omis and 10-12 minutes to the nearest grocery store. The host was really kind, helpful and service minded and answered quickly at any questions we had. I really recommend this place for everyone who wants a calm, relaxing vacation.

Wow, what an amazing villa!

Our two families have just returned from an unforgettable two weeks at Villa Draga. The villa has just been completely renovated to an extremely high standard. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is clear to see and the villa is very well appointed. Everything works as it should including the air conditioning in every room. Whilst the pictures look good, they actually can’t do justice to either the villa or the views across the sea to the island of Brac. The raised sun deck with partial shade is the perfect place to sit and read, have an evening drink or just watch the world go by whilst gazing at the azure waters. The villa is looked after by Lidija and Vlado and you couldn’t ask for better hosts; friendly, welcoming, knowledgable, helpful. They can arrange just about anything for you and are happy to do so. They really add another dimension to the villa. The villa is located right on the beach in Duce. Directly in front of the villa is a sort of small harbour area where small boats are moored. Here you can hire motor boats (a licence is required for the faster boats but not the smaller boats) - and the prices are much cheaper than in Omis. You can also rent jet skis, go parasailing, or take banana boat rides - again, all at extremely reasonable rates. All of this adds to the ambience without being intrusive - you hear no noise from any of this whilst lazing by the pool. Just to the left of the villa is a beach. Here you can find a very conveniently located snack bar which serves, amongst other things, delicious crepes. Walk on a little further and you come to some beach bars and restaurants. A couple of things to note. The traffic queues into Omis from both directions along the main road. This means the availability of taxis is unpredictable - not really a problem as it’s only 2km to the very centre of Omis but worth knowing. Also, the fresh water from the Cetina River, which makes Omis such a stunning location with plenty of activities, flows into the sea at Duce. This makes the water noticeably cooler and also creates a blurry haze when you are snorkelling. None of that detracts from the wonderful time we had at the villa. We already want to go back!

Traumhaft

Herzlicher könnte man im Urlaub nicht empfangen werden, die beiden Verwalter Vlado & Lidija haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert! Die traumhafte Villa ist genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, und durch die erst kürzlich durchgeführte Renovierung alles nagelneu und blitzsauber! Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist ideal und ruhig, von der Uferstraße ist tagsüber kaum etwas zu hören, nachts ist es ganz ruhig. Auch vom Leben am Strand bekommt man trotz direkter Nähe nichts mit. Der Pool wird mit Salz gereinigt und nicht mit Chlor, was wir sehr positiv empfunden und genossen haben. Für Familien bis 8 Personen gibt es mehr als genug Platz und tolle Sitzgelegenheiten entweder auf der Terrasse direkt am Haus, oder zum Chillen unter dem Pavillon neben dem Pool, von dem man eine traumhafte Rundumsicht hat, und vor allem abends einen Drink genießen kann. Wir waren mit zwei Familien für zwei Wochen und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Alles in allem ist die Villa sehr zu empfehlen und wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Auf diesem Weg nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Vlado & Lidija für die tolle Betreuung und die unkompliziert Abwicklung.
