Holiday Home The Beach House in Dugi Rat is completely newly renovated house just a few steps to the sea. It is equipped with modern furniture dominated by stone and wood. There are an jacuzzi with an open view of the sea. Also on the same level, on the north side of the house, there is a large balcony that provides pleasant shade throughout the day. Also on the same level there is an equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area and stairs to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms with bathrooms.

On the first floor of the right part of the house there is a living room with access to a balcony with an open view of the sea. The living room is also serves as a bedroom with an bathroom for two people. The living room has a movable partition that instantly turns the living room into a bedroom and provides complete privacy. There is an outdoor dining room on the balcony. There are two rooms on the first floor.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. This villa also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.
