The bright, modern-furnished studio features a double bed, a small kitchenette with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, dining table and filter coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the private balcony with sea view, you can enjoy peaceful hours with breakfast in the morning sun or watching the sunset over the Adriatic. The equipment also includes satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning, which can be used for a fee if needed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



For guests, a free parking space is available directly at the house. On the ground floor, there is a charming beach bar that also offers breakfast in buffet form in the morning upon request (for a fee). The centre of Omiš is located about 1.4 km away and offers numerous leisure activities, small boutiques, the picturesque harbour and historical sights.
