Villa Maranata is a luxury villa designed and equipped with the best available standards; it is facing the sea from an altitude of 210 meters with unimpeded and spectacular views over the Middle Adriatic islands.
Villa Maranata is leased out as a whole; it encompass four floors with a balcony and terraces to an approximate 500m2 of usable space and it is surrounded by crisp nature and delicate scents of Mediterranean vegetation.

Villa Maranata enjoys also the views of dramatically beautiful mountains emerging majestically from the sea and spanning as far as the clear sky allows along both sides of the naturally stunning Riviera that will make your stay unforgettable.

Villa Maranata is located in Jesenice-Staro Selo (Jesenice old village), 15 km from the second largest city in Croatia and the largest city in Dalmatia, “Split”, and just 5 minutes from the sea and 5 km from the estuary of the Cetina River, the second largest river in Croatia, where interesting adventures of rafting/zip line and swimming can be experienced.

VILLA MARANATA consists of: Parking, Entrance, Basement, Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor:

Parking: Private and sheltered for 4 cars Lighting, water – Fenced, electric and manual locking, security cameras x2.

We expect your arrival after 4 pm and departure before 10 am.

In case of any damages caused by guests to the villa and its devices we have the right to charge the appropriate amount against the guarantee deposit (500 euro) and to request extra payment if the damage exceed the deposit.

Pets are welcome with extra charge-depending size and number of pets-on agreement.

Swimming pool and other areas in the villa (especially the spa area and saunas) and around it are not specially insured and suited for children, therefore we advise you to ensure constant supervision over small children and to warn them. The depth of the pool is 160 centimetres, so jumping into the pool is not allowed. Also we recommend people with heart disease or high blood pressure to consult their doctor before using the sauna. Inside the Villa there are granite stairs and ceramic floor tiles. It is not recommended to walk with wet feet or footwear as it is slippery!
The swimming pool is operating from June till the end of October.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness center. The family-friendly villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.

This Dugi Rat villa is smoke free.
