Villa Hill is positioned above the coastal road in Duće and offers 4 parking places on the private property (1 garage space, and 3 outdoors). Villa Hill spreads over 220 sqm of living area fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, settled on a private fenced 725sqm property.

*The outdoor offers a private and heated swimming pool 8m x 4m with hydro-massage, a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs and an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen with a covered dining area with a barbecue. The part of the sun deck area is shaded with added curtains for additional privacy. There is also outdoor table tennis next to the sun deck area.

* The ground floor (pool level) offers a fully air-conditioned, open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
