Welcome to Duingt!

Located on the 5th floor (with a lift!) of the Les Libellules residence, discover a fully equipped apartment for a wonderful family holiday. It’s perfect for a break with friends too!
Whatever the season, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains.
The residence overlooks the lake directly, with several access points to the water, whether via the jetties or the steps leading down to the lake through the beautiful Greek-style arch.

The accommodation
This is a duplex apartment. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living/dining room with a balcony overlooking the lake, a spacious fitted kitchen (oven, Nespresso AND filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle...) and a toilet.
Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms with queen-size beds and storage space, as well as the bathroom.
Please note that for guests with reduced mobility, access to the bedrooms is via a staircase.
The apartment is also equipped with a TV and a fibre-optic internet connection to keep your teenagers entertained!

The residence has a private, fenced car park, where a space is reserved for you.
Bicycle racks are located at the entrance to the building, which, like the car park, is fenced off.
The cycle path is right in front of the residence; cycling is the best way to get around during the peak tourist season. Why not cycle around the lake during your stay?

Magnifique lieu

L’appartement est splendide et fonctionnel. Les chambres à l’étage sont un grand atout surtout quand on a un bébé. La vue est magnifique. On s’est énormément ressourcé. Il faut une voiture par contre, c’est mieux, Annecy a 20 min.
