Welcome to Duingt!

Located 150 metres from the lake and a two-minute walk from Duingt’s historic centre and all its shops, discover a fully equipped apartment that’s perfect for your holiday! The cycle path is right in front of the apartment, and Duingt’s cycle café is just 30 metres away if you’d like to hire bikes. The residence has a bike storage room.
Duingt’s two beaches are a 5-minute walk away.

The accommodation:

Located in a residence built in 2023.
The tastefully decorated apartment is on the ground floor and features a terrace with a table, chairs and sun loungers, as well as a garden with mountain views. It is equipped with a television and a laundry room; the kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and storage space.

Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
This is a non-smoking property; pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
