La Forge du Lac - proche plage
Cocoonr offers this beautifully renovated former forge with mountain views for rent in Duingt, less than 15 minutes' walk from Duingt beach. It measures 90 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
– A 25 m² living room with a fireplace (first fire included), a sofa and a dining area.
– An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
– A separate toilet.
First floor:
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140 × 190) and a desk.
– Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps two), a pull-out bed and a single bed
– A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor:
– Converted attic with a sleeping area featuring a double bed (140 × 190).
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: brick barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, high chair, baby bath, fan.
Outside:
– A beautiful, enclosed private garden of 600 m² with mountain views.
– A 40 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Duingt, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Access to the Aravis resorts in 40 minutes by car
