The modern apartment, located in the south of Duisburg and close to the Düsseldorf airport, is 13 km from the Düsseldorf Trade Fair and 15 km from the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf.
The apartment is 90 square meters on ground floor for 1-4 people. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and is fully furnished. It offers 2 separate bedrooms with king/queen-size box spring beds and desks, a cozy living room with flat screen TV and Panasonic music system. fully equipped kitchen, daylight shower room with walk-in shower and free toiletries, guest toilet. WiFi and PC included. Towels and bed linen are provided. Balcony with garden view. Parking at the house. Self-catering supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Good public transport connections to the exhibition center and Düsseldorf Airport. Rental price per overnight stay for 2 people € 180, in addition € 50 for each further person (up to 4). Laundry package € 10 per person.
