I checked out early, and a rude employee refused to provide a refund. If you plan to set a laptop in your room, the desk is way too small. Looks like a kindergarten. Breakfast is very basic. Poor. That's how you lose a customer. Never again.

Usefull employees and brand new hotel

We went to Duisburg for an IronMan 70.3, which implies specific deadline to respect. We arrived lately in the night but all the employees were welcoming, helping us by hanging our lugages and offering water. We had specific request like getting a spoon, or very early breakfast : they answered to all we needed. The hotel is brand new, beautiful but people had already destroyed the curtains in our room. The bed was awesome, and the bathroom as big as we need to prepare a race.

Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et joliment décorée. Confortable et très propre, plutôt calme bien qu'elle donnait sur le carrefour. Seul bémol les rideaux qui n'obturent pas très bien la lumière du jour et des lampadaires. Localisation de l'hôtel très pratique à 2 pas des bus et métros, nombreux restaurants à proximité. Personnel très accueillant. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, excellent. Je recommande fortement.

Sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück, Tische sind sehr hübsch gedeckt. Parken im Hinterhof kostenfrei möglich. Super gelegen, man kommt zu Fuß in 10 min in die Innenstadt. Sehr modernes Ambiente. Echt ein super Stadthotel mit Liebe zum Detail. 24h besetzte Rezeption mit sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend in hotel Twins ervaren. Gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is nog vrij nieuw en is gezellig ingericht met mooie kamers en badkamer met regendouche. Ontbijt is prima in orde. Je krijgt verse jus en kunt kiezen hoe je, je ei wilt. In de buurt op loopafstand genoeg eetgelegenheden. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid achter het hotel. Wel een aanrader.
