Staff were excellent - welcoming and friendly. Hotel is well located and quiet inside rooms with comfortable bed. Close to main shopping area and dining options.

Usefull employees and brand new hotel

We went to Duisburg for an IronMan 70.3, which implies specific deadline to respect. We arrived lately in the night but all the employees were welcoming, helping us by hanging our lugages and offering water. We had specific request like getting a spoon, or very early breakfast : they answered to all we needed. The hotel is brand new, beautiful but people had already destroyed the curtains in our room. The bed was awesome, and the bathroom as big as we need to prepare a race.

Das Frühstück hat noch etwas Luft nach oben, z. B. Körnerbrötchen, keine verpackten Joghurts, mehr frisches Obst aber ansonsten ein Tophotel zum Wiederkommen!
