The shower ceiling had mold, the alarm clock didn't work and upon asking for a new one, I never did receive one. The pool area was constantly out of towels, the breakfast was only carbs besides a yogurt jar that it was pumped out of (very unappetizing- single serve would be preferred). The waffle irons were very filthy even being some of the first people there. I waited for front staff on two occasions one of which they were outside smoking. Just generally dingey and low quality unfortunately.

We had a good check in and were happy to have 2 connecting rooms and the 3rd room nearby. The room And pool were very clean and I am picky. I would spruce up the entrance outside as the weeds etc are misleading you about the hotel . I would definitely stay again.

The room was for the most part clean, but we found half eaten food under the bedside table The sign in the room said they would replace towels every three days but on the third day mh husband had to go down to ask for towels They also took an additional $350 and have no reason as to why they took it or idea of when we will get it back.

Beware. My card was charged three times. Once for the full amount and twice for 50% of the total stay amount. It was several days before the pending funds were released back to my account. Manager was really rude. Kept talking over me making the same statement which was not what I was asking about and disconnected the call after repeatedly not answering the question I was asking.
