It was like camping...no cleaning of the room, no bed making, no hand bar soap. Make-up remover only one day. Our daughter's first room was not clean...trash on the floor, etc.. She had to change rooms and then she had no hangers...but even if she had hangers, there was no place for her to hang anything. That was our first and last stay at this facility.

The room was not fully clean. I found a bottle cap under the heater, hair and dirt in whirlpool tub, and an unknown red substance on the sink faucet. We also had an issue with parking. Snow covered the lines, so this did play a factor. The hard part was that cars parked were spaced out where they could have parked closer to create more parking.

Breakfast was not the greatest, bagel was hard as a rock. Only half the jets were working in the hot tub but it was hot. Pool was cold. Pulled a huge glob of hair from the tub drain to get it to drain. Staff was friendly and the rest of the place seemed mostly clean.

Found cold water in jetted tub did not work at all. Replying to text received about room didn’t help after we tried the empty front desk. Staff just apologized the next day, and didn’t offer compensation (only reason we got that room and not a standard room).

I enjoyed the sauna. Half of the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. Breakfast selection was pretty basic and the eating area is kind of small. The room was nice and spacious with two doors to the patio, but it was too cold to use that.
