worth it

While it was off the beaten path, it was a great hotel. we enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and pool after our 8 mile hike at a nearby park. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Worth the upgrade to have a room facing the lake! Would stay here again.

Tristan the front desk supervisor was extremely helpful and pleasant (two thumbs up to this employee). The property is beautiful and located in a beautiful area. The only complaints would be the pool was extremely high in chlorine and our jacuzzi tub in the room had some residue stains maybe from the previous guest. Overall the stay was wonderful, the location is amazing and our view of Lake Superior was breath taking. We will for sure be back!

Amazing place, we love it here. So peaceful and beautiful. Best place to stay in Duluth. My only critique is the noise of the doors when they shut. It was quite loud in our room when doors would shut.

We are return guests because this property is the perfect fit for us. The accommodations have the most r remarkable views! If you are new to the area or if you visit often, you will marvel at the view of Duluth Harbor. The shipping traffic, and the beauty of small vessels out to fish and enjoy the sunrise.

The location by the lake is the reason to stay here. Beds are great and breakfast bar. Felt more like a ski resort with a sunken tub next to the bed and no closet… only hooks on the wall.

Room was not in good condition

The room was not in good condition. The patio doors lock was broken so that had to be left unlocked at all times, the handle pulled off the first time I used it, the toilet make a very high pitched whine every time you used it, there were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, the window was left opened and unlocked when we got there.
