Our room was clean and as one would expect for a hotel. The pool, both the main pool and the children's pool, were really cold. We warmed up in the spa after spending a short time in the pool as we could not feel our legs. Our 2.5 year old enjoyed going down the waterslide with an adult. We would have enjoyed spending more time in the pool if the water temperature was more bearable. There was a wide variety of breakfast options and the main hot course menu changes daily. They did have some dairy free options which was appreciated as someone in our party has a dairy allergy. The staff member(s) we encountered were all friendly and willing to help. Overall, however, we would probably stay somewhere else in the future as a good pool is important to us with little children. The other ammonites were not so superior that they outweighed the cold pool. If we didn't have children and didn't want to use the pool, we would defiantly be back. It's just not a risk we would be willing to take with all the other options in town.

The staff were great. The room was very sub par. A pile of hair on the bathroom floor and quite a few pubic hairs in the bathroom. When a single mom saves up for a quick vacation (that her daughter hasn’t had in over 10 years) and pays a great deal of money for a stay. it should be better than that

Room was clean, staff was great. Bathroom leaked terribly. Housekeeping was vacuuming the hallway at 7am Sunday morning. Breakfast was fair- very limited choices. Pool Was closed and manager told the upset parents beside us “that’s because Of third party booking”!

The pillow smells, and there is a hairball in the bathroom. It would be nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were almost out of toilet paper when we left. The toilet paper was less than half of the roll when we arrived. We only stayed one day. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the slide in the pool. But the pool was closed. The grandkids were upset. The employees were great.
