The customer service during our stay was very good… they were truly doing the best they could…but clearly understaffed. However there was dog hair all over the bed when we arrived (we didn’t have a dog with), there was a towel shortage so we were not able to get enough towels, breakfast was okay at best, and the hot tub wasn’t working for part of our stay. When I asked about a discount, I was told someone would reach out to me… they haven’t.

We arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready. The front desk gave us the key, but when we arrived in our bedroom there was staff still cleaning, we needed to wait. There was no conditioner, that I saw while on the shower and I just gave up to ask for more. The breakfast was horrible, no waffles, no milk, rot fruits. There was 2 types of bread that you need to pick up from a plastic and a toaster, some eggs, potatoes and meet. My daughter likes to have milk during the morning we ended up going to a Starbucks to have our breakfast.
