The 2nd floor bathroom provides a large tub and separate shower along with the in unit laundry, please note, this is the only bathroom and is located on the second floor.

Convenient to DT Duluth

The place was as described. The view from the bedroom was AMAZING!!!. It was old but amazing views. The AC was two window units and not central air. The washing machine took a bit to get it to work and it took the host a few hours to respond to me. This why it is 4/5 and not 5/5. I would give it 4.5 if I could. The parking was a bit confusing so make sure you read the parking directions carefully. The check boxes were not labeled well but we figured it out. All in all great places. I would stay again
