We loved staying here again. It is in a great location by a marina and is walking distance to the Canal Park ship canal, shopping and restaurants. The property is very well maintained, the staff is cordial and professional and the breakfast is the best we've gotten while traveling.

Short drive from Canal Park. Plenty of parking. Room was good size with a microwave, frig and coffee maker. Although they should upgrade to Keureg coffee makers. Nice hot breakfast options. Offered a s’mores bar in the evening to make your own s’mores. Only issue is their wi-fi was pretty much nonexistent. They claimed it was due to the weather. Overall a really nice place to stay. We were repeat customers.

Nice place . We did have a bit of a scare as another family Keyed into our room. It was fixed but no compensation which they said they would provide. While the family was just as shocked as we were and clearly no harm it was still quite unsettling.

Should be your first choice hotel for Park point.

Fabulous staff and facilities…mattresses were better quality than even more upscale hotels. Great location on Duluth harbor. More choices at breakfast than most other hotels with a small menu.
