I am absolutely not okay with our stay. The hot tub was cold, the food was not 10 dollars like you guys market, the hotel was not nice at all and you guys never told me the pet fee was over 80 dollars.

Location was nice and and the view from the 4th floor upgrade was enjoyable. Was counting on double beds but the uncomfortable pullout made do. Bathroom door had a tendency to roll open (poor rail design and/or install). Sink cold water pressure was very low also.

The property was very nice, recently renovated, with a nice waterfront view. Plenty of free parking and beside downtown without the headaches of being in a downtown hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
