We were absolutely in awe of the view from our harbor view room with the Bentleyville Xmas village at our fingertips and a view of the Lift Bridge as 2 boats came through! It was worth every penny. Our Free breakfast perk was a bonus, but two out of three mornings, the bussing of tables was very disconcerting. Day three was better and obviously a management person was even helping out. I know that staffing is often an issue but seeing tables of leftover food and dirty dishes is far from what you want to see.

this is such a nice hotel! Took my girls up here to see Bentleyville. We just stayed 1 night this time. They have an awesome restaurant attached with great food. Great service. The staff is always very friendly. they have a cute little cart that will bring you from their front door over to Bentleyville. I thought that was a great added bonus.!! I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay. It was a great location and everyone from the youngest to the oldest in our group had a blast. The team was super helpful at check-in getting us into our rooms early and for making our stay fun and pleasurable. If we're in the area again we'll definitely stay here! I booked a "pet friendly" room. When I arrived late in the evening the reception staff added a $70 charge. When I told her that their site said "pet friendly" and offered a specific room rate, she said that is Expedia's fault. She was rude - she said that she has had this conversation many times and was not going to discuss it. The facility itself is nice for this market. I have stayed in most of the other places. It is newer and compares favorably. It is not directly connected to the main amenities in Canal Park. The lighting in the room is my only complaint. It is too dark.
