Pleasant staff, easy check-in. Very quiet rooms. There was a traveling hockey team there and we didn’t even hear them overnight at all, which was great. Our room’s shower was dirty (lots of hair on the walls, pink soap scum). We informed the staff and asked them to clean it… and were told they would clean it after we checked out! Wild choice.

So many things to say. Overpriced room for a teeny tiny room. Can't even open a medium size suitcase besides the bed. Soap dispenser in bathroom is an unsanitary squeeze bottle with NO soap. Quiet time was not enforced. Many, many kids staying at hotel that monopolized the pool table from the time we checked in at 3 pm until 11 pm. Then we no longer felt like playing pool. Asked the front desk, they said they could play as long as they wanted. Floors are laminate with no rugs. This was a winter stay and floors got wet and tracked. Tried to wipe up with a hand towel since we were only given 2 bath towels. I will never stay here again.

This hotel was so loud, constant doors slamming, stomping from the floor above. It was very hard to sleep or get comfortable. I will not stay at this facility again.
