Our stay was very disappointing. When we checked in, the front desk staff was not very friendly. The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bed was dirty with unchanged blankets and sheets. We had to request a new room, but the replacement also had issues — it had a bad odor, the sheets were stained, and there was even a used vape left on the floor. The AC unit had visible mold, and the bathroom door made a loud noise every time it closed. On top of that, when we requested towels, it took over 6 hours and multiple calls before we received them. Overall, the experience was very poor and not what we expected.

The staff were all very friendly, I was shocked when we learned that we needed to request room cleaning, but I understood & appreciated the upfront notice. We were to be there 5 days, we asked for clean towels after first day, was provided clean towels, no issue, we asked for clean towels on day 3 & toilet paper, we were given 1 roll of toilet tissue & 2 bath towels & told that is all she was allowed to give us, we had NO hand towels nor wash cloths. This was a pretty new facility, I find it hard to believe they have to allocate linens. We notified the front desk 3 different days of no toilet paper nor hand towels in either of the lobby restrooms. We really felt unsanitary if we had to use the lobby facilities while we were using the lobby area for our family visiting. We checked out 1 day early & left that facility.

Solid hotel overall

Great overall. Friendly front desk staff. However, check in took FOREVER. It wasn’t the front desk staff’s fault. It sounded like a computer issue. I was tired and hungry, but got through ok. Everything else went smoothly.
