Welcome to Tribal Tides, a waterfront family home - Sitting right across from the Camden Haven River Tribal Tides is the perfect location. Relax around a fire in the large backyard or on the patio looking over the water watching the sunset. The Boatshed & Marina across the road. Gogleys Boat Ramp and playground 950m down the road. Free WiFi, coffee machine, laundry. Pet friendly ON REQUEST. A penalty will be charge for unapproved pets.

1x King bed & 1x Double Sofa bed ¿ bedroom 1

Linen and towels are provided, all beds are made up with fresh linen for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.
THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Tribal Tides consists of 3 seperate buildings. The main house, the laundry/bathroom and a double garage.
Enter the main house at the heart of the living area connecting to the dining and kitchen. The main bathroom is in the hall to the right with a walk in shower and toilet, directly across is bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 located down on the right then at the end of the hall you will find the generous master bedroom.
Outside you will find the laundry with the second bathroom inside with a washer, bath/shower and a seperate toilet.

Smart TV in lounge room, please bring your own streaming service ID. Free WIFI.

Nespresso coffee machine
COOLING AND HEATING
Reverse cycle air-conditioning in lounge room (for cooling in summer, heating in winter).
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Lovely ocean breeze comes through the house.

LAUNDRY
Laundry is located in external building in the backyard with washing machine and the second bathroom with toilet and shower within the bathtub.
YARD
Please note that the backyard and front yard are NOT fully fenced. The backyard adjoins the bush and the front yard opens up to the street and river.
PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST ONLY
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval from the property manager only. Well behaved, mature, non-shedding small to medium dogs and outdoor dogs preferred. Dogs are to be kept off any furniture including lounges and beds. Please note that there is ample space in the backyard however the yard is not fenced so owners need to keep an eye on their dogs if they are outside. Road in front of the house leads across to the river.
OTHER * IMPORTANT *
No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events.
Quiet time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.
