Bathrooms toilets and tubs needs removing and replacing. We tried to separate rooms and both were exactly the same. I asked a housekeeper of the hotel were all the rooms in that condition and she responded YES . The manager got defensive and refused to move us for the third time and offered a refund. We cut the stay short and opted to leave the day before check out

We usually stay at this property anytime we are in Duncan. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast also are very good. My kids love the make your own pancake option.

It would've been nice but after booking with Expedia, we went to hotel and they said there were no rooms available. We booked a 2 bd queen, non-smoking. So we had to go to another hotel that had a room with same accommodations. Expedia is now saying that cant refund me for their mistake. So now I'm livid and will never use expedia again!!!
