I was presently surprised by this hotel. I had a great experience. The staff is incredibly nice, everyone is so accommodating. The room sizes are spacious. The only issue that I have is how often the rooms are cleaned, which is every other day. For my preference, I need my trash taken out and fresh towels daily. Which again as I mentioned, that’s my preference, but I would definitely stay here again. All the ladies at the front desk were so kind, and Ms. Gail was exceptionally nice every morning at breakfast.

Maid service was odd/non-existent

It was great thw only low was we were there 3 nights and never had maid service. I had to go ask for towels and when I asked about trash i was handed 4 trashbags and told to leave my full bags in the hall. Then the morning we werw to check out they tried to come in 2 times before 9 to turn over the room. Checkout was 11am.
