A bright and spacious apartment, just a short walk from Broughty Ferry beach, the castle, and the town’s shops, cafés, and restaurants. Whether you are here for a family break, a golf weekend, or a work trip, this apartment provides a comfortable and well-located base in one of the East Coast’s most popular coastal towns.
This first-floor apartment offers more space than many, with large, light-filled rooms and a practical layout. It is well suited to families, friends, or colleagues travelling together, with flexible sleeping arrangements and everything you need for a short or longer stay.
Living Space and Bedrooms
The apartment has two generous bedrooms. One features a double bed and a single bed, while the other has a double bed. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind, with natural light filling the rooms. The bathroom includes a full-size bath with an overhead shower, and the apartment is heated by a gas central system, keeping it warm and comfortable throughout your stay.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and all the essentials for preparing meals. The open layout allows the living area to flow into the kitchen, creating a practical space for dining, conversation, or simply enjoying a morning coffee.

The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from Broughty Ferry beach, Castle Green playpark, and Broughty Castle, with its views and small on-site museum. The train station is nearby, and the town’s mix of independent boutiques, well-known eateries, and local favourites such as The Selkie and Forgan’s are all easily reached on foot.
It is an ideal base for trips to Dundee, just 10 minutes by car or 6 minutes by train, Carnoustie Golf Links, 15 minutes by car, or St Andrews and the wider East Neuk, about 30 minutes’ drive.
Broughty Ferry itself is a charming place to spend time, known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere and excellent food and drink. The nearby nature reserve offers quiet walking routes and wildlife spotting, and the beach is perfect for walks, runs, or simply watching the boats go by.
