Okay, where do I start? Firstly the room and the staff I met were fabulous. Unfortunately the staff are seriously let down by their management. How can that be good for moral? At breakfast it is unacceptable to have to wait half an hour for an omelette. I’ve stayed in a great deal of hotels worldwide and have never had to wait that long. Secondly, at check out at 12pm only one member of staff was dealing with it with a queue of 20 people. Shocking service. BI just handed my key card to a shocked member of staff who was standing there not really doing anything and told her I wasn’t waiting and left. That looked like an hour long queue to check out. You really need to streamline this. How very unfair to your customers and staff.

Found room very dark opened curtain to find wall opposite. Booked 2 nights months ago so hoped room allocation would have been better. No mirror at dressing table unusual. Breakfast and service of breakfast was very good. All in all not realky worth the money. It was a very busy weekend but no seats for drinks or food. Ate out both nights due to lack of availability at hotel. Overall disappointed.

I liked its close proximity to all the sites we visited. The staff were excellent. Very enjoyable trip .

Location we liked. Club rooms are up in the loft or at least the one we were allocated was. Too hot and no view.

This was a surprise for my Mum's 80th Birthday. She thought we were there for a meal, which we were, and which we thoroughly enjoyed 👌 When we booked in to stay, we were really very pleased with our room. My Mum loved it so much that I will be treating her again in the very near future. However, there were a couple of things I was unsure of,...I was told we had earned money off drinks and I didn't know how to get those. Also, we weren't to know wether to use the nibbles or water that was on the table in the room or in the fridge without being charged extra 🤔
