The Beechwood Boutigue is absolutely amazing, the rooms are super clean, the owners are phenomenal, super friendly, very helpful, the location is great, close to shops and restaurants, easy walk to the the botanical gardens, loved our stay at the Beechwood and will definitely be coming back to stay

We hired the Executive King Studio. A lovely, spacious, clean suite. Very comfortable. It is upstairs so I would be careful if traveling with older friends or family. Definitely recommend, A+.

A large, modern apartment, equipped with everything one needs for a stay of a couple of days or longer. Things worked as they should, cleanliness was great, we will certainly book again for our next stay in Dunedin. Beechwood is highly recommendable!

Nice comfortable beds and very clean. Only thing that was disappointing is that I couldn’t use the laundry as the hosts were doing all of the motel washing. Would be great to have a separate laundry for guests.
