Small but stylish hotel a short distance from the centre of Dunedin. Free hotel parking was a real bonus. We had a queen room which had views out over the city. The room was well equipped and nicely furnished. The included breakfast was outstanding; freshly cooked to order. Anabel was a very welcoming host and her dog, Lola, a delight.
