Great location, easy walk to city centre, botanic gardens and university. Large rooms, good kitchen facilities for breakfast and heating meals up, big bathroom. It is an older building, so some things are not perfect but it is clean, comfortable and warm. We will definitely stay again.

Parking was a bit tight, because we came in a full size truck. Check in was great. A friendly lady who showed us our room. We loved our room and didn’t expect another room with two beds! And, the cost was very reasonable. We'd definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived early, and helped us fit into the small reserved parking lot! The room was very spacious in this older building and the many windows allowed for plenty of light and air. The small kitchenette was appreciated! You need to arrange for breakfast ahead of time, which we didn't do, but there are a number of walkable cafe options. Loved the location near the Botanical Garden!
