Même si le séjour a été excellent et le personnel très sympa, à la vue du standing et ayant déjà été dans des Radisson Blu à l'étranger, j'ai été choqué et hyper déçu par le manque de générosité de "welcome". Chaleur torride et aucune bouteille d'eau offerte. Tout est profit. Les tarifs affichés en grand. Quand on voit par exemple en Turquie des chocolats, des apéritifs et des casquettes offerts... Et la piscine sans forfait spécifique accessible qu'en soirée. Une honte!!! La piscine devrait être accessible à toute heure comme dans les autres Radisson Blu du monde! Et le parking payant??? Heureusement j'ai pu trouvé une place à l'extérieur. Et sincèrement le restaurant Opale, beaucoup de tralala et j'ai très mal mangé... Pas simplement par la quantité mais aussi par la qualité. On se paye un peu notre tête et des attitudes un peu snobes à mon goût. Je m'en fiche qu'il y ait des gens fortunés qui peuvent payer. Je ne suis pas fortuné mais je peux me le payer aussi. Mais je pense que ce Radisson Blu est irrespectueux des clients et ne cherche que le profit. Ca n'est pas à la hauteur d'un Radisson à l'international. C'est vraiment petit, mesquin!!!
