Seacliff Holiday Homes, as the name suggests, are situated in an idyllic cliff-top location adjacent to the Dunmore East Golf Club overlooking Dunmore Harbour and Hook Lighthouse.



The holiday homes are just a short walk downhill to the local sandy cove at Counsellors Strand and the lovely pubs and restaurants in the picturesque village of Dunmore East.

Located in well-maintained grounds with green areas, Seacliff Holiday Home No. 43 is a detached house with enclosed garden making this an ideal family holiday base. This seaside holiday home has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped, providing all you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday in Ireland. Seacliff Holiday Home No. 43 has three bedrooms and sleeps five guests comfortably:

1. Heating and Electricity:

For heating and electricity, a €40 charge will be taken at the time of booking. The property manager will read the meter, and any potential outstanding balance will be paid directly to the property manager.

Oil is meter read and paid onsite.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at others, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, this can increase to €500 per property.
