Front desk staff were cordial and showed effective listening skills. As previous guest at this location the Hotel interior and exterior remain modern and well kept. All room amenities were functional. As recommendation suggest Ownership team consider installing (possibly as capital improvement) separate bathroom ventilation fan switch from bathroom light switch. At present the fan can be unreasonably loud which automatically turns "on" with light switch.

You have a real asset at your front desk! Jessica, I hope I got her name correct, was so helpful and kind!! She is a true Concierge in every sense of the word. She helped me plan my drive home, answered every question with efficiency and patience and bade me farewell! Thank you!! Oh, and the tiny room by the elevator on the 3rd floor was reminiscent of a luxury European boutique hotel…charming and cozy!!

Proximity to I-95 meant truck traffic noise all night. Touch up paint on walls made the room feel 'half finished'. Sink cabinetry had splatters on front, leanding a 'not quite clean' look. Tub drain worn and old looking.

Traveled 14 hrs, got to hotel around 10pm exhausted from the long drive we checked in unloaded the car got up to the room started unpacking and started finding issues like the tub being dirty, no inside locks on the door only the key card lock, the lights don’t work in half of our room, the WiFi didn’t work and stains on the carpet and walls. We were staying there for 8 nights and I never complain I’ve stayed at super 8s before which are usually worse but my experience the super 8s were better and I was not paying $1,000 for 8 nights and dealing with all of that so we packed up and left around midnight after fighting for a refund.

AC was to noisy to sleep with on. Had o unplug the fridge in the room because the compressor was making to cabinet shake. Check in was fine. Breakfast was fine. Ned was comfy and there were no bugs....the motel is old but is just fine for a night. Parking lot was a little dark and uneven surface, fine for me but maybe not for someone with balance issues. Altogether it was just fine.
