Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and well-organized. The master bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, both designed for restful sleep after a day of exploring or relaxing. The living areas are cozy and functional, perfect for quiet evenings in.

The thermostat is locked at 72°F and cannot be set any lower. setting the AC below 72°F can cause the unit to freeze up and break.

Pets are welcome (pet fee per dog $50, max 2 dogs).

I do not recommend this place. First, the host listing does not include their regulation of the thermostat in the home. During the middle of summer, it gets very humid at night in Florida. The host limited the indoor temperature to not go below 72 degrees. My change request was denied despite it causing my insomnia. Second, they charged market price for a Budget Inn (motel) like experience. All bathroom supplies, cookware, appliances and game supplies were cheap. Their microwave is so small that a full sized plate will not fit. Third, the location of the home is underdeveloped. There is almost no restaurants or grocery stores within a 3.4 mile radius. Lastly, one night we heard a loud sound similar to a gun shot.
