The space is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished with big plush Pendleton spa towels and comforters for you to snuggle up into.

Stay cool inside with an efficient home that keeps the space comfortable no matter the season. Whether you’re gathering in the open living areas or resting after a day of adventure, this farmhouse provides a comfortable and inviting retreat. The home has two Toto bidets, an outdoor barrel sauna, a workout room, a projector with Sonos surround sound, an air filtration system, and an in-home bluetooth music/speaker system. There are 2 different outdoor decks to enjoy your coffee on.

The location cannot be beat. It is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac next to 3 different trail systems. All of this with an easy bike into town or walk to restaurants on North Main. This home sits just two miles north of downtown Durango, a short distance to Animas Mountain Tail, Overend Mountain Park, Colorado Trail, and the paved Animas River Trail. The Animas River trail runs the entire length of town along the river, making for easy commuting to parks, restaurants, a day spa and other downtown destinations, as well providing an excellent fitness and scenery corridor. Enjoy your time in Durango at our farmhouse, where comfort meets charm.
