Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo (Unit 203) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries on Main Avenue
The condo is fully furnished and the kichen is fully stocked along with the usual amenities in a vacation rental such as fast WIFI, Washer/Dryer, assigned parking space etc.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (2nd Floor)
2nd Bedroom - Queen (2nd Floor)
Main Living Space - Quen Pull Out Sofa(Main Floor)
The two story condo is on the 2nd floor, so stairs are required from the the street entrance and the condo and both bedrooms are on the second floor of the condo.
This home is not pet friendly! Please do not bring pets or emotional service animals.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
