A loft living room offers extra space (queen sofa‑bed, Smart TV), ideal for afternoon relaxation or game nights.

The primary suite is a retreat: king bed, on‑suite 5‑piece bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace for remote workers, and a private east‑facing balcony perfect for morning coffee as the Needle and Engineer Mountains glow at sunrise. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed and a walk-in closet, while the upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and a wide traditional closet.
