Muy mal atencion al cliente

Al llegar de un viaje de 24 horas me canselaron mi abitacion y no me abisaron aparte de ser un hotel no muy bueno se dan el lujo de aser lo que quieren sin abisar muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo

Llanta baja requiere mantenimiento

Les recomiendo dar mantenimiento a Las habitaciones de la planta baja , las alfombras están viejas y sucias, además de una fumigada hay muchas cucarachas. viajeros Soliciten habitaciones planta alta estar en mejores condiciones.

Pésimo servicio de este hotel no lo recomiendo ...

Para nada recomiendo este hotel, me cancelaron mi reservación. Así sin mas ni menos, llegue al hotel y me dijeron que mi reserva estaba cancelada y tuve que buscar otro hotel. Por cierto les recomiendo mucho el hotel Durango más bonito y mejor servicio,

Mala experiencia, no era lo que esperaba, no tenia estacionamiento, habia un lugar oscuro a la vuelta del hotel, donde tuve que dejar el vehiculo. No es para estancia familiar, corrigan, es un hospedaje de paso para varones.

Muy mala estancia. En entrada del hotel no te puedes estacionar, lo tienes que hacer desde el otro lado de la calle y ahí bajar tu equipaje, no cuenta con personal para ayudarte con tu equipaje y si te toca hasta el 3er piso uno mismo tiene que subir todo. La habitación muy sucia, el piso, los estantes y había cabellos en las camas.

El hotel no tiene la mejor limpieza, las regaderas no funcionan bien y no tiene clima. Aparte de todo se te cobra una cantidad y no la facturan

No lo que esperaba

Por mucho no rs lo que esperaba, me deje llevar por la evaluación de expedia, pero esta muy lejos de ser 4/5. Primero el estacionamiento no esta pavimentado y se encuentra a 2 cuadras del hotel y no hay quien te ayude, segundo nos toco la habitación en el 3er piso, no hay elevador ni quien te ayude, algo pesado para subir maletas para una familia de 5. El baño no es del todo aislado, ahy un hueco grande en la parte superior de la puerta hacia el cuarto, al bañarte se salpica prácticamente todo el baño
