It has three bathrooms, a kitchen and large dining room/living room area. This condo is conveniently located around the corner to the Durango Mountain Club and slope access, all on the same floor. Nice views of Spud mountain, ski area, and Village Plaza from protected balcony. The unit is newly refurbished with new furniture and smart TV in the living area, and fresh paint and improved lighting throughout. *This Unit is Not Air Conditioned* due to its ideal location protected from both morning and afternoon sun.
