Our 2,600 square foot home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sits on just under 2 acres and is less then 15 minutes (7 miles) to historic downtown Durango and 30 miles (40 minutes) to Purgatory Ski Resort.

This home is in a great residential setting and being situated on almost 2 acres, offers privacy and seclusion - yet just minutes from downtown Durango.

The home features a generously equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the main living space features floor to ceiling windows and is open to both the dining and kitchen. The main deck features an outdoor dining table and additional seating. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers in the 2 car garage and circular driveway.

The home features Starlink WIFI with average internet speeds around 100mbs (we have seen them up to 200mbs) which makes multiple people streaming their favorite services (Netflix, Disney etc.) a breeze. There is no cable TV at the home.
