I loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The room was clean and spacious. The free included breakfast was delicious and had a great spread of hot and cold options, including fresh fruit. There was plenty of parking. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are a bonus. And all of the staff were friendly and professional. We very much enjoyed our stay. Some reviews indicated the noise level was an issue because the rooms enter into an atrium where the pool is. I didn’t personally have an issue with noise levels at any time during our 4 night stay. If you’re an extremely light sleeper, perhaps you’d be better off in a hotel that doesn’t have an atrium area.

At 8:30 in the morning there was no hot food left. Garbage cans overflowing and no person available. No milk or coffee. We have stayed here many times and.this has never happened. We have to think about another place in when we are in the area. Too bad for this place.

Went for spring break to ride the train. We were able to walk to train station from hotel, the pool and spa were nice and breakfast and happy hour were great. Would stay there again.

If you book third party, they will not help you with anything with your reservation! The drinks at the bar are terrible, the shower got water all over the floor of the bathroom. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We always like staying here. The beds a comfortable and the staff is very friendly. It’s easy walking to anywhere downtown. We liked the pool and hot tub but wish the hotel would let us use it earlier than 9:00 am and the towels are very thin but otherwise we really like staying there.
