There were bugs in the room and bathroom had a strange smell in it, service and staff were nice, but house keeping never came by our room. I don’t know if it was our timing of being in the room so that might have been my fault though.

The room was dirty, they did not clean the floors , nor the toilet and the frige had a smodge sticky pop that spilled on the floor by the bed so it was all sticky. The hotel is in good condition, and the location is excellent—right next to downtown and close to the train station, which is very convenient. I have two complaints, though: they charge a $10 parking fee, which is surprising since I’ve never had to pay for parking at any other Holiday Inn. Also, the hot water isn’t very hot, even when turned to the maximum temperature.

The hotel was nice and front desk was super helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant however, was not good at all. It took us about an hour and a half to get our food and when we did, it was cold or overcooked and also still cold. There was barely anyone else in there so it’s not like it was due to being busy.

Clean place.

The hotel is great, just lots of extra taxes that pile up, beware (parking, city, county, state, lodging, misc, breakfast, etc.). Also, in the past, the restaurant was great, but this time it was clearly understaffed. Our dinner order took over an hour to get. The staff was nice, just the restaurant needs more staff.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only reason I’m giving a 4 stars on some is because my room didn’t have hot water. It was only warm. I did let the front desk know and they said they would have someone follow up. Otherwise the room was very nice.

The good….The room was spacious. Staff friendly. Lobby/hallways clean. The not so good..Trash cans overflowing outside front doors. I mentioned twice at desk. Key cards had to be changed three times in four days. Trash in room never dumped. Mattress on pull out couch needs to be replaced. Not happy about paying to park nightly yet they say not responsible for damages.
