Shocked

Front Desk Clerk was great! Very welcoming and nice. As far as the room, we stayed 2 nights, room was not cleaned, towels were not replenished, there was trash under the pull out couch, comforter had black stain, restroom shower had mold, the shower drain had a glob of hair stuck in it, the refrigerator didn't work nor did the microwave.. it was very disappointing to see this.. i know things are missed from time to time, but I work in a similar industry and we do inspections of our rooms/cabins to make sure that our housekeeping didn't miss anything... do better

No breakfast besides to speak of cold coffee put us in two dirty rooms then wentvto a third and was finally clean worst hotel at this price i have ever been oh and we had the room for two days came back to our room to find our ley had be disabled

Disappointing

The best part about this stay was the ease of booking the room. The night desk clerk thought he was a comedian and answering simple questions were inappropriate comments to the point of rudeness. Once in the room, several lights wouldn’t come on, and it was because they were unplugged. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, but neither would work nor would the tv turn on. Discovered they were all unplugged from the wall. Seems housekeeping would make sure all devices were plugged in and ready to use when the room was ready. Had the worst night’s sleep. Between the air conditioner motor squealing every time it came on, the toilet filling loudly multiple times through the night, and the loud voices in the hallway, we got very little rest. The bed was uncomfortably firm. The breakfast buffet consisted of all carb options and yogurt. No eggs or breakfast meat. Not worth the low price

There was an atmosphere of insecurity, people were going out the end door to the hotel and propping it open seemed shady, the night desk clerk was not helpful. I asked where the ice machine was at and he told me the one on the main floor was out and would probably need to go to the other floor to get some. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this location.

Front desk rules

The front desk was top-notch service. If your hotel matched the energy of your front desk service it would have been five stars The dog barking for hours next door sucked. Front desk dude was a life saver. The towels smelled musty Overall 2/5

Good nights rest

This is our 4th stay in 2025. Front desk employee on check in was extremely nice, friendly, and fun to talk to. Room was clean and I was able to sleep in without anyone knocking on my door to clean the room. Heater worked well enough where I could turn it down 3 degrees less than what I usually have it set at.

Internet was terrible - speedtest showed 2mbps up and down load. Rooms clean - some cosmetic defects - but everything functional. Staff nice - Breakfast was good - but because a lot of contract workers - many items were gone by 6:35 am. No sausage nor coffee.
