Mid-term stays: All stays over 30 days and up to 90 days will require a cleaning and cleaning fee every 30 days. (Once a month)
Pets: Unregistered pets will incur a $250 fee per pet. Please also clean up pet waste to avoid a $50 per pet removal fee.
