Good stay for families

Great place to stay a couple of nights. Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids (3y, 1y old). Pool area was good and close to the beach. We can recommend to stay here a few nights to chill and relax.

One of the best hotels around Durres. Nigerian staff member was the best there provided excellent customer service and care. He really made us feel welcome. Other staff still in training it seems as hotel is new.

Me boyfriend and I had a great few days in the hotel. The breakfast was great. Only had lunch in their restaurant once. Other days we had dinner and lunch on the beach. The room was very nice and they cleaned it every day. I had a massage which was very good. The pool was great, except for the loud music. Beach was nice too, just a walk away.

It was definitely a wonderful stay and overall experience. I stayed with my wife and 1m son for the weekend and everyone made us feel welcome and, went out of their way to accomodate our requests. Start to finish everything was great. Location, hotel design, amenities, cleanliness, etc. Special thanks to Zoran the GM and Marsuela the Housekeeping Manager. Can't wait to be back. This is by far the best in its class in the Albanian Riviera.

Excellent location. Great and friendly staff. New and well maintained facilities. But, food was mediocre. Overall F&B was by far very poor and not Accor standards. Eating exact same food every breakfast was not what you expect from a 5-star hotel.

When we arrived the hotel staff told me I had cancelled my booking. I assured them this wasn’t the case. They did manage to find us another room after a while. We had 1 roll of toilet paper so asked for some more, we asked 4 times but they didn’t bring any so we went and got some from the shop. The room we stayed in was nice but really unfinished. In the shower there was a big hole in the ceiling where work still needed to be done, the contactless key communicator fell off when we shut the door and the air con worked in the living room part but not the bedroom.

First of all I would like to say that we enjoyed our stay very much. The whole stuff was friendly and attentive. But I would really like to give some words of consideration. To help to improve. As much was we liked and enjoyed our stay, the Hotel is today in some important aspects severly failing to live up to Mövenpick standard. 1. the Pool area - you really need to fix that. It's on first glance a nice area, but: the pool is hazardous, its functions like fountains are not operating at all, you cannot swim it it. The area is given over to dirt and decay. The staff is mostly busy with drinking and smoking also they are acting rude. Their is no access system in pace other then the rude staff askink rudely for the romm number. The music is simply unaccaptable loud. In fact I was thinking about asking for a refund. 2. Breakfast - overall ok, but please please invest in a decent coffeeemaker and a back up coffeemaker with sufficient capacity - please also start paying attention to details - it is not a big bother, but a nice cup of coffee also deserves a small saucer to go with it. Leider ist es nicht möglich, das Hotel getrennt von der Strandanlage zu bewerten. Der Strand ist der absolute Horror. Die Auflagen für die Liegen sind ALLE voll mit Fettflecken und Essensresten. Überall liegt Müll herum und an den Sonnenschirmen findet man Babywindeln und hunderte Zigarettenstummel. Der „Privatstrand“ wird fast nur von einheimischen genutzt, die 2000 Lek für die Nutzung entrichten. Der Lifeguard Turm war in 6 Tagen nicht einmal besetzt. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist sauber und gepflegt und eignet sich besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Leider ist es mit den Bettdecken etwas schwierig. Es gibt nur Bettlaken. Wir mussten viermal nachfragen um eine Decke zu bekommen. Am nächsten Tag fehlte sowohl der Deckenbezug als auch die Decke und es ging wieder von vorne los. Auf den Zimmern lässt sich die Balkontür nicht verschließen. Es gibt zwar einen Griff, aber der hat keine Funktion. Fahren Sie auf keinen Fall mit dem Fahrstuhl auf die 5. Etage. Dort angekommen lässt sich der Fahrstuhl nicht zurückrufen, da es keinen Rufknopf gibt. Einige Gäste erzählten, dass sie sich dort oben eingesperrt hatten. Das Personal ist allgemein sehr bemüht, ist aber teilweise etwas überfordert mit den Zuständen im Hotel. Positiv zu bewerten sind die Sauberkeit auf der Hotelanlage selbst (ohne Strand), der Service vom Personal, die große Auswahl an Köstlichkeiten zum Frühstück, qualitativ hochwertige und moderne Ausstattung des Hotels.

Flott rom med gode senger. God service. Bra utvalg i frokost bufeen. Bassenget er 3 minutters gange fra hotellet. Her er det bar ved bassenget, restaurant og isbar. Stranda ligger ca 5 min gange .Hotellet ligger i en liten landsby Gjiri Lasejc Durres kommune. Durres sentrum er ca 45 min kjøretur herfra. Tirana likeså. Alt i alt fornøyde med oppholdet. Bor gjerne her igjen.

Rentoa ja edullista rantalomaa

Rauhallisella alueella upea hotelli. Allasalueelle ja yksityiselle rannalle vähän kävelymatkaa. Aamiainen runsas. Mitään ohjelmaa ei hotellilla ole, joten jos kaipaat sellaista, niin kannattaa valita jokin toinen hotelli. Alueella ei ole julkista liikennettä, joten jos haluat Tiranaan tai Durresin kaupunkiin, vuokraa auto tai mene taksilla (25€ suunta). Durresin keskustaan on 45 min ajomatka. Hotellin lähellä olevalla rantakadulla on viihtyisiä ravintoloita viikon tarpeiksi ja hinnat ovat edullisia.
