The toilet smelt like a sewer, damp or rot I could not sleep until 5:30am due to exhaustion the smell was really bad, tried to call to change rooms as there was nobody there but I was offered 25pound coupon and to leave my room with my wife and 2 children. Terrible service.

Simple, but great!

The common B&B experience - simple but clean and comfortable. Restricted Reception hours still somewhat annoying, but staff were great when they were present. A good stay.

Hotel charged me twice for one booking

I paid the total of my booking of 2 night on Hotel.com, however, B&B hotel requested again the payment and refused to refund it.

Die Unterkunft war zweckmässig,da sie nahe am Parkhaus Parkita liegt. In der Dusche lagen noch Haare des/der Vorgänger. Badezimmer nicht beheizt, ziemlich kühl. Da wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren, war es okay. Nochmal buchen würde ich es dennoch, da das Langzeit Parkhaus direkt gegenüber liegt und es somit sehr praktisch ist, in den Urlaub zu verreisen.

Günstig, für eine Nach i. O., aber...

Hotel selbst nicht im besten Zustand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber etwas überfordert. Wir haben den korrekten Pin für den falschen Raum bekommen. Sauberkeit des Zimmers kann definitiv besser sein. Es waren Brösel auf dem Boden und das Bad voller Kalk. Check out war bis 12 Uhr, was sehr angenehm ist. Problem nur, morgens um halb 9 stand ein fremder Mann in unserem Zimmer. Wir haben nich geschlafen, er muss zum Putzpersonal gehört haben. Ich verstehe nicht, wie so etwas am Tag des Check outs passieren kann. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Ich war in deutlich besseren Hotels dieser Kette.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel um 6 Uhr schlecht, auch vom Flughafen. Nur für Autofahrer zu empfehlem, Taxi ca 30€

Check in theoretisch ab 15.00 Uhr möglich. Die Rezeption ist jedoch erst ab 17.00 Uhr besetzt. Einchecken am Terminal funktionierte weder bei mir noch bei ca. 20 anderen Leuten.
