The Hotel was excellent, staff very friendly from check-in and then at breakfast, they were greeting everyone in the breakfast room. Room very spacious and very clean. One bonus from me is the kettle in the room, i do like my Yorkshire tea...the only downfall to this hotel is there is no shuttle to/from the airport as advertised when I booked. The options are to take the SB51 bus (€2) or a taxi (€10-€15). Overall a very comfortable overnight stay.

It was a great hotel. A bit confusion for the shuttle transfer. While hotel.com was emphasizing the shuttle transfer from the hotel to airport is available for surcharge, the hotel staff denied this service. Also the hotel.com was saying the walking distance from airport to the hotel is 15 minutes, in fact it was 25 minutes. Please update these info.

Absolutely beautiful hotel - I had an unexpected extra night in Düsseldorf, but this hotel was really fabulous value, a short Uber from the airport, and they tolerated my appalling German admirably. (Also has a nearby Deliveroo with Schnitzel!)

Very helpful,we experienced a delay in flights which caused us to have a layover in Germany the staff was kind and helpful in such a stressful situation. They helped with getting dinner when it was after ten pm as well as helping getting transportation to the airport at four am to the airport. Amazing customer service -fabulous experience

I really appreciated that the manager let me check in early. The room is clean and comfortable with soft sheets. I walked to an Italian Restaurant (Ca' del Re) about 25 minutes away and it was safe for a woman to walk and explore. Conveniently located by the Dusseldorf Airport.

Good convenient hotel

Convenient hotel for the airport. Quite new, good condition and clean. The breakfast was very basic, but OK. Note there is not actually an airport shuttle service but the hotel can quickly request a taxi. I walked a minute to the local bus stop (SB51 service every 20 mins or so) which takes less than 10 mins to get to the terminal.
