From receptionists, wait staffs at the breakfast and 2 Georgian guys from house keeping, they are all friendly and the services they provide are really excellent. I love this hotel and highly recommended. Breakfasts choices are very good too.

a very nice property, with comfortable rooms and wonderful public areas. The location, directly on the Kö, cannot be beat. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurants. Our only small complaint: the pool which they promote is not available to everyone. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to use it. It would have been helpful for us to know that the pool is "adults only". (This does appear deep in the fine print, but one has to search long and hard for this information.)

Nice hotel, great location, rooms were very good, shower valve not very good, scalds one second, normalizes the next regardless of position... restaurant horrible service from kitchen, cold food, inconsistent and for the money, a 2 star at BEST.
