Great location on eat street for Japanese food. We got an upgrade as the booked room was unavailable as it seemed it was a very busy Saturday night in Düsseldorf. Easy walk to the old town and Rhine, really enjoyed the hotel.

I booked the executives suite, it was smaller and different than the picture and the bathroom was really tiny (the shower mini). Friendly staff but i had to ask for slippers and bathrobe ar reception and bring it up myself. Same for water kettle. And the room did not lock properly. Loud aircon/hearing and no window in the room. So not the best experience. Breakfast even miso soup and gohan and sejt very good.
