A nice hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the hotel on the Sunday morning which lowered our star rating. It would have been more helpful if staff has advised guests when the boiler problem occurred, rather than wait until guests complained.

Rooms are carpeted and smells like they have never been cleaned. Moldy almost sewage like smell. Weather was nice so we were able to sleep with the window open to bear with it for 1 night. When told front desk during check out, front lady did not seem to care.

Excellent hotel, almost wished could have stayed longer...arrived late because of train disruption so did nt have long to enjoy my room. Would stay again if in Dusseldorf. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and good wifi. Good value.
