Stay was fine they charge an extra 10Euros for town tax . I am pretty sure that Hotels.com said it was inclusive in the price ??

Düsseldorf Stay

One night only stay but room was excellent for me and my two children with 3 single beds and suitable shower. Breakfast free as well but we were in a rush for train so had to skip but looked nice.

This hotel exceeded my expectations - spacious and clean room & bathroom. A kettle is provided in the room with complimentary tea & coffee. Big wardrobe and mattress was comfy. I could not hear any noise from other rooms. The free breakfast is fantastic!! Train station just 2 minutes walk and stores inside are open long hours or even 24/7. Great value for the price. The only one problem was the noise from the front street - the trams come by every 5 minutes from early morning till late at night. So request a room on the back side of the hotel.

Great city centre hotel.

Hotel reception staff, police, very attentive and helpful. Room clean and quite spacious. Trams, trains & traffic noise not great but hotel in city centre so do have to expect some of this. Lots of choice with the continental breakfast. Hotel very close to main train station, Lidl supermarket is nearby, also Burgerking. Enjoyed our stay

The location of the hotel is perfect for public transportation. Yes, a bit noisy but the platform is literally in front of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was perfect to begin your day. We are a family of 6 2 adults and 4 children and the staff was extremely friendly throughout our visit. The rooms could use a minor upgrade and there are no small refrigerators or aircons but we were perfectly fine without them. The price we booked for the hotel, it was absolutely worth it.

This hotel was better than I expected. Did not have any noise issues since my room was facing the back instead of the front where the tram runs. Room and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly too despite past reviews - maybe I was friendly to them so they were friendly to me. Great location as both trains and buses just steps away as well as grocery store.
